We ship national and international environmentally friendly with DHL GoGreen (UK Mail). We have put together an overview of the corresponding parcel delivery times for you. Bulky items are shipped with our partner shipping companies.

• For shipping to the UK, we will charge £10.95. The shipping costs include import customs clearance. Import turnover tax, customs duty and other fees that may arise due to customs clearance are to be paid by the recipient directly to the shipping company. Therefore, please inform yourself in advance at the customs administration of your country about all costs incurred.
• Delivery charges to Ireland are £6.95
• If you wish to ship to another country, you can select this in the shopping cart and the delivery charges will be displayed.

You can pick up your shipment at your local post office if nobody is at home. If the parcel carrier was unable to deliver the item, you will find a notification in your mailbox. Please remember to pick up your parcel at the location indicated on the notification card.

All prices in our online shop are inclusive of the legal value added tax in the United Kingdom. If you provide us a valid VAT identification number (Tax ID), we will be happy to issue you an invoice without VAT.

Of course we are always anxious to pack our articles adequately and as safely as possible so that they arrive in good order. Here, we focus entirely on sustainability and the protection of the environment. We produce our own filling/padding material from locally collected old cardboard boxes that would otherwise have ended up in paper waste. Our Hans, affectionately called "grandfather", really puts his foot down and collects the cardboard boxes several times a week from regional companies and then shreds them in his realm - the "cellar". Already in the morning, when he comes to the office and asks "So, slept in?" and reaches out his hand to everyone, he brings a smile to our faces and with his relaxed sayings he also makes one or two laughs during the day.

Safe and Selfmade!

When we see Hans turning into the yard with our company bus, we know it's time again: Supply for our shredder master is approaching! Instead of plastic or other environmentally harmful materials, we only try to use self-produced shredder mats for padding and filling our shipping cartons. These are freshly made every day by our "grandpa" and he won't let anyone take this away from him! The "Shredder Cellar" is his kingdom and only a few selected people have access to this shrine to pick up the padding material there and equip our shipping team with it.

Many may wonder about our packaging and ask why you get an old box with our "Eco Friendly" sticker. Sustainability and the environment are very important to us, so we have decided to recycle old, well-preserved boxes and, if possible, ship our items in them. According to the motto "Reduce, Recycle, Reuse" we try to make our contribution to environmental protection and to work as sustainable as possible.
