Happy Bride - individual bridal bouquet for Tamara with hairpin and hairband
Orange and white! Orange lilies from the EMIKO series were an obvious choice for Tamara's bridal bouquet. These bright textile flowers are not only beautiful, they also have a fitting meaning for a wedding. The orange lily blossom symbolises passion, happiness and joy. They also have a fascinating blossom that makes any bouquet look elegant. Our creative team also made matching hair accessories in the form of headbands for Tamara herself and her maid of honour, as well as a matching button hole for the man. A perfect combination for this special occasion. Shop the look!
Design tip: Recreating this look is no easy task and is only recommended for experienced florists.
Bridal bouquet: At the beginning, cut off the lowest flower of the lilies to make the bouquet nice and compact. Don't worry, you'll be using these later. Place the first lily in the centre, then add the grass and eucalyptus in a circular shape around it. You can now add the baby's breath. Place the roses and wax flowers in the gaps. Bend the bouquet into shape and fix it with a strong wire. Trim the stems to the same length and finally wrap a matching satin ribbon around them. A pin in the shape of a diamond is used to secure it, which is simply inserted through the stems.
Bridal headband, orange lily: First, we cut the lilies into three different sizes using scissors. Then we attached them to the headband using hot glue. The flowers should be arranged so that they point forward or upward. We also secured them with sewing thread. The same procedure is then used for the baby's breath and eucalyptus. Finally, take a 0,5 cm wide satin ribbon and wrap it around the hairband so that the glued stems are no longer visible. Fix this again and again with hot glue.
Hairband of the maid of honour, white lily: For this variant, we first wrapped the satin ribbon around the hairband. The flowers and leaves were first fixed with a little hot glue and then sewn with needle and thread. This has the advantage that even small parts can be used for the hair ornament. It is also easy to incorporate pearls into the hairband in this way.
Groom's buttonhole: It's easy to put together a buttonhole for the man out of a few leftovers. Again, cut the lily to the desired size first. Then the small bouquet can be attached to the pin with a paper-wrapped wire.
Example of use: Ideal as a floral decoration for a wedding.
